WLS friendly Mexican Hot Cocoa YUM!

1 tbs Hersey’s Special Dark Cocoa powder
1 tbs regular Hershey’s Cocoa powder
Splenda to taste
6 oz 1% milk
10oz hot water
1 oz SF hazelnut Italian syrup
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice mix

heat the milk in a very large mug in the microwave for 90 seconds (your microwave may vary you want it hot to the touch but not boiling)
Add the cocoa mix and SF syrup and spice mix,
Using a hand blender whip the mix up then add very hot water while stirring.
Add Splenda to the sweetness you desire, stir.
This makes a great drink that is soothing and actually full of antioxidants.

Breakdown: about 90 calories total and 5 grams of protein
