The low Carb/high protein/gluten free pi day pie I made, chopped cashew crust, 1 cupnsugar free strawberry yogurt, 1 package sugar free chocolate pudding, 12oz milk and 6oz cream cheese and almonds on top. Very yummy actually

I donʻt know if you still post on this blog, but I just found it. Iʻm dealing with living with osteoarthritis, which makes holding a pen very painful. Typing works because itʻs not like the old days when you had to pound the keys of a typewriter to put the letters on the page. I just wanted you to know that your journal has inspired me to find another way to keep a journal but without using a pen — and thatʻs a wonderful thing. I do hope youʻre doing well.
